Returns

All items may be returned or exchanged for a full refund (minus tax & shipping) if the item is returned within 30 days of the date the item was PURCHASED. Items returned after the 30-day window will be issued a store credit (minus tax & shipping) for their purchase. The buyer of the product must be responsible for the shipping costs to return a purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any items returned that are damaged or have been worn will not qualify for any type of refund or exchange.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@mixandlatch.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments, please contact your shipping provider. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim within 14 business days. We will work with customers to replace packages
after sending us a copy of their filed police report.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
